+Can I book without a Korean phone number or ID?
Yes. Passport name + Email is all you need to book and enter.
+Can I book without a voucher?
Yes. Just pick a show and book and pay online. If you received a voucher from a travel agency, you can also book with your code on the show page.
+How do I receive my ticket?
Once your booking is confirmed, bring your passport to the venue box office on the day of the performance to collect your physical ticket.
+Is there a fee if I cancel my booking?
A 10% fee applies for cancellations made 7 to 2 days before the performance, and a 20% fee applies for cancellations made 1 day before or on the day of the performance.
